Joanne Foxxe earned her real estate license in the Monterey Bay area in 1986. She worked Santa Cruz county. Joanne became a top producer quite quickly. In 1989 she earned her CRS-Certified Residential Specialist designation and joined the Northern and Southern Ca. Chapters. In 2006 Joanne was President of the Northern Ca Chapter. She also joined the Aloha Chapter knowing she was eventually going to move to Maui when her husband retired.

Joanne and her Husband are real estate inventors themselves. She owns long term rentals and has owned short term vacation rentals in the islands.

Joanne and Richard have 3 children, of which the oldest is married, and has 2 grandchildren. They are the loves of her life. They live in Ca. and visit Maui frequently.

Joanne is a top luxury specialist on Maui. She specializes on the Westside and specifically, Kapalua.
She is a Kapalua Club member.

Joanne loves living in Maui. She loves the ocean, the beach, The Montage beach club, and the Montage spa and fitness center. She loves to work out and stay fit, and meet guests to the island.
